Massive Attack cofounder, Robert Del Naja, has been working for several years with a Swiss laboratory to transform a piece of music into organic DNA. His goal was to incorporate DNA into a garment, thus how the first conversations started after he reached out to Boris Bidjan Saberi.
They transformed beautiful music piece into codified letters, which lead to this first capsule collection, made by specialised laboratory in Switzerland. These letters have been printed over t-shirt graphic designs created by Robert Del Naja, who is also a graffiti artist.
Boris Bidjan Saberi created this collection with the aim of equipping the crew to help them stay comfortable, warm and protected while touring on the road. As the pieces are extremely comfortable with high quality and received great feedback, he decided to make it available for a wider public. Rather than classic band merchandising, collection garments are highly elaborated; crafted from several technical fabrics and processed under a numerous of experimental treatments.
The collection will be available from July 2020 through 11 BY BORIS BIDJAN SABERI retailers and Archive-Gallery Store in Barcelona, Spain.
