Dior and Nike are finally gearing up to release their long-awaited Air Dior collaboration. After WWD revealed on June 22, that the Air Jordan 1 sneakers would be dropping soon, Dior has confirmed to Highsnobiety that the sneaker is available online today, June 25, at 1pm Paris time on a first-come, first-served basis.
Those attempting to buy the Dior x Air Jordan 1 High or Air Jordan 1 Low will be able to do so via this dedicated microsite. Customers will be able to reserve their preferred model and size, as well as choose their pickup location. Participants will only be able to purchase one pair each.
Following the online pre-drop, the sneakers will be available for pick up at some point in July, exclusively in select Dior pop-ups and pop-in stores. Each location will receive a highly limited number of pairs.
The coinciding Air Dior apparel collection is scheduled to release at Dior pop-in stores, as well as at Selfridges in London and the Taikoo Li shopping mall in Chengdu, China in July.
The upcoming Air Jordan 1 Dior High will retail for €1,900. This is in line with pre-announcement rumors that the sneaker would cost upwards of $2,000, making this release one of the most expensive Air Jordans at retail of all time. The Low variant will be available for €1,700.
