Kim Kardashian signed an exclusive deal with Spotify to co-host and co-produce a podcast on criminal justice and prison reform. Spotify seems to be making smart moves since this comes following up Joe Rogan’s $100 million USD deal with Spotify. What amount was the Kardashian West paid has not been revealed yet.
The podcast will focus on Rothschild Ansaldi’s investigation who was convicted of three murders and was later sentenced to execution.
Kim Kardashian is following her father’s Rober Kardashian steps as she is currently studying law to become a criminal justice lawyer and plans to take exams in 2022. She has been showing enormous amount and dedication in criminal justice and prison reform over the past two years. In 2018, she visited the White House lobby to discuss the release of Alice Marie Johnson with President Donald Trump. Johnson had been jailed for over 20 years and was released after Trump commuted her sentence.
Kardashian’s focus is to investigate work around people who have been wrongly convicted. With the podcast, Kardashian will get a platform to discuss injustice in details while working closely with the Innocence Project, an organisation that helps exonerate wrongly convicted people.
